Reheated pheasant brats and caramelized onions. Nothing picture worthy, but good. Minnesota style summer sausage for a snack at work tomorrow and mule deer backstrap for dinner.

Went higher on mine after I discovered sous vide cooking.

I cooked some coot last night that I shot this fall while trying to learn how to duck hunt. My 10 year old daughter, who is a picky eater, liked it . I thought it was ok. My wife was having non of it. Her first bite she knew it wasn’t mallard, black, or wood duck.

Roast beef and provolone and pastrami and Swiss. It was delicious!

Antelope backstrap wrapped in bacon and smoked along with bacon, onion and sweet pepper skewers, and butter-fried potatoes on the side. Couldn't have been better!
