What’re you eatin’

Reheated pheasant brats and caramelized onions. Nothing picture worthy, but good. Minnesota style summer sausage for a snack at work tomorrow and mule deer backstrap for dinner.
 
I cooked some coot last night that I shot this fall while trying to learn how to duck hunt. My 10 year old daughter, who is a picky eater, liked it 😃. I thought it was ok. My wife was having non of it. Her first bite she knew it wasn’t mallard, black, or wood duck.
