What you all cookin for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

You could have had a bunch of steaks AND a nice slab of ribs. It's only money. ;)
I know I contemplated. We got plenty of beef/hog/deer/and elk in the freezer. If it weren't already the most expensive time of the year for us I would've. They said they are gonna run the same sale around new years. Idk if jewel is in your immediate area or not. Technically they are owned by Albertsons.

I looked. :ROFLMAO: Closest to me is Morris, about 45 minutes. Not worth it for me. Again. Single guy.

Didn’t read the first seven pages….

Well, for the first time ever, my MIL wants to have prime rib!
Funny, because she literally won’t eat meat at all if it’s not charbroiled to crumbly, tough perfection… I suggested I do a twice smoked ham….? She insists on a prime rib for Christmas. I’ll try and remember to let yall know how it turns out. I told her I’ll be doing a ham either way 😉

why kill it twice? As long as not the type of person that demands their meat be well done but the bitches about how tough it is and how poor it was.
