I was too cheap to buy one that big of course.
You could have had a bunch of steaks AND a nice slab of ribs. It's only money.I was too cheap to buy one that big of course.
I know I contemplated. We got plenty of beef/hog/deer/and elk in the freezer. If it weren't already the most expensive time of the year for us I would've. They said they are gonna run the same sale around new years. Idk if jewel is in your immediate area or not. Technically they are owned by Albertsons. You could have had a bunch of steaks AND a nice slab of ribs. It's only money.![]()

This is how I have done it and would recommend.Anybody ever smoked a prime rib? Thinking basically a reverse sear but smoker instead of oven to get it to 125, but I also don't want to ruin a $100+ chunk of meat. I just am usually pretty meh on the prime rib and think a lil smoke could take it up a level.
why kill it twice? As long as not the type of person that demands their meat be well done but the bitches about how tough it is and how poor it was.Didn’t read the first seven pages….
Funny, because she literally won’t eat meat at all if it’s not charbroiled to crumbly, tough perfection…
