Last year with the entire family we had two wellingtons: beef tenderloin and whitetail loin. This year we will have only beef (stupid cornstalk deflected my arrow!)

Yeah, we are heading out tomorrow for a few days of skiing. Ham sammiches a MUST....don't know if I'll get to the deviled part. But I'm gonna look in to it. Thanks for the idea.

I couldn’t wait any longer, so I started my ham bean soup last night with the onion , ham and beans. I added jalapeños and tomatoes this morning!

MIL made her lasagna for Christmas Eve. It’s become a great tradition.

Venison breakfast casserole is in the oven for Christmas brunch.

I’m smoking a pork tenderloin for dinner with grandmas mashed potatoes and corn casserole.

Goat cheese, bacon and date dip, venison thuringer, cheese and crackers for apps.

2 Tbones, a filet of beef and some blacktail loin. Rubbed down with Evoo, kosher salt and an all purpose seasoning.

Beer can chicken. What’s left will be used in a pot pie tomorrow!

Yeah. That would bug me. There's a weight underneath the sink base on the supply that is adjustable. Should be an easy fix. mtmuley
