I'm going to have our Angus heffer butchered, and was thinking about selling a half of her for .10-.20 cents under market price untill I called some butchers today and found that they are selling halfs for up to $1.99 a pound HANGING I thought that the price would be around $1.60 a pound...
Man was I shocked Who in the hell can afford to buy that???Talk about sticker shock..With the average side comming in at 350 pounds,,that comes to $696.50... Is the price about the same through out the country??? I'd be interested to know....
