I rifle hunt WV every year, and the quality of bucks has gone up. The quality of deer hunting all around has gone up. Wheeling WV is good for the OH and PA hunting opportunities. And PA has the point restrictions so you can see consistently better deer.

I am curious...was your hunt on public or private land? I know WV has some public land available, so I wasn't sure if you'd found this beauty out there or if you'd found him on private somewhere.
