Another cut that seems to gross people out is the oysters from big game. On elk, especially they are really good. I also cut them off antelope and venison and people who hunted with me once they tasted them started eating them everytime they went with me.

 
I prefer pre-pubescent bovine origin...but I don't particularly miss them...

My favorite is pork. I prefer the ones off the yearlings of both myself. However, elk, deer, antelope are still good. Just not as tender as them you get from youngsters are.
 
LOL I started eating them after someone served them to me before telling me what they were. All I knew is they were elk meat.
 
I have saved and eaten buck nuts. I thought they were ok. Nothing special and probably not worth the effort for me anyway.

if I was a game warden I'd probably have fun with hunters making sure they recovered the "edible meat portions" between the legs, and the heart and the liver and tongue...
