Aren't most components-- powders and the like-- manufactured overseas anyway? I know Hodgdon gets a lot of their labels from Australia and I believe Alliant gets some from Sweden.

Yeah, seems like most powder comes from elsewhere and i'm sure some other stuff does as well but Federal, CCI, speer, Rem sure make a lot of components here, especially the actual usable end product.
