Visitor Messages

I looked at another members profile and was kinda shocked that I could read the visitor messages some of which contained phone numbers and such. Are Private Messages and Visitor Messages different?

Yes, they are different.

They are different. You can change who can and can't see visitor messages under Profile Privacy in the User CP.
