So my wife and I decided to do Valentine's early due to some other things going on. No wild game, but I figured I'd show it off anyway. This is usually the only meal of the year I try to make anything resembling fancy. 5 courses this year.

Course 1 - Chickpea fritters with tzatziki
Course 2 - Sopa de ajo
Course 3 - salad with red wine vinaigrette
Course 4 - braised short rib over mashed potatoes with roasted carrots
Course 5 - chocolate mousse

Looks good. My wife fixed us elk steak, asparagus, baked potato, crab legs, rolls, homemade brownies,,and lemon cake. Man it was good.

A simple elk burger, grilled on the Traeger with white cheddar cheese and homemade sourdough buns. Homemade fries and asparagus on the side.
