Utah Wildlife Board nixes elk hunt permit lottery proposal after public pushback

Elk hunting permits will continue to be sold over the counter next year after a strong pushback to a proposal to move the permits to a lottery format.

I love it. Last thing I want is for the Utah General elk permits to be placed into a draw.
The WB messed up by not taking the opportunity to make the General any bull permits unlimited. IMO
