USPS Informed Delivery APP had a reporting function for anything not delivered based upon their delivery notifications. USPS pulled this option from their APP probably cause it was a USPS record documenting their incompetence. I have filed complaint with my congressional rep and will see how this lands.

I brought that up when I filed a complaint about not getting my mail or having it go to a neighbor. Made it easier to report than filling out an online form. Nothing changed.
