Why didn't I think of this?? Instead of capping permits to reduce crowding, we just need to release more grizzly bears to reduce hunter populations. Bears gotta eat too!

As far as I can tell Washingtonian anglers have already established a strong population density in most if not all of the Rock Creek drainage. There might even be breeding colonies of them there by now. I think we’re too late for a wall.

These bears have to go somewhere, Montana is over run with them and honestly we've run out of places to transplant trouble bears. They are out in the plains now. So I'm good with putting them in other states.

When are the first bears supposed to hit the ground in WA? I haven't found much on it.
