Unit 41 Colorado

This area is right above palisade colorado (lots of orchards) and where im hunting is a flat top dry area which drops down into a cedar forest. I think im going to hunt this area but has anyone else have info, like if i should put in for a buck or doe tag? An does anyone know how i should hunt this area?

It is a decent spot 3rd season. There are a few bucks in there, but you will find more does. Are you just looking to fill the freezer ? If so I would just get a doe tag.

yea but i just found out its closed to all hunts so im gonna go hunt bucks on some private land on the mesa

I know that they closed the antelope hunts in that unit, but all deer and elk hunts are open in unit 41. If you have private land though I would jump all over that !

They did away with the 4th season deer hunt.
