Well ... This is going to set precedence one way or the other. It will put to rest a lot of unanswered questions for Indians and Non-Indians.

It was excepted before the U.S. Supreme Court as of yesterday. Just being heard before the U.S. Supreme Court is a big-big deal.

I wonder how this will affect other similar treaties. I'd like to see parity with tribal hunters and non tribal hunters off the reservations.
