u.p. Michigan deer prospects

Hello fellow deer addicts,

My gang is looking to make a rifle hunt in the upper this fall. Wondered if anyone out there has some current info on success in particular areas last year. So far, we are looking at Garden and Stonington peninsulas in Delta county.

Any help would be great!

might be best to wait to see how the rest of the winter is. right now we have a foot of snow, but the temps. have been below zero for the past three weeks. average about -10 and bottoming out -26. there might be some winter kill.
