Tarheel, does 'shine' count?

I'd say so Ken, so long as it's good shine; not some of the popskull that can be had out there. I've a quart of Apple Pie Moon Shine in the "medicine" cabinet made by a friend in OK City which is long overdue to have the lid cracked on. My son moves into his new house on or about Nov. 7 and I've been kinda holding off on it in order to christen the house properly.

Some great contributions guys! When you get exposed to so much of the current offerings it sure is great for the soul to look back and realize what great music we had to listen to when we wore younger men's clothes.

Cush, I was beginning to wonder why no one hadn't posted that one sooner, it was the 1st to come to my mind.

Side note: During my 1st hitch in the Corps my nick name was Moon (old Moon Mullins cartoon). My hottsy-trottsy girlfriend's little sister seemed to take great joy in singing/humming that tune whenever there was some stress in any situation when I was around.

I'll never forget John Boy & Billies parody on this song !!!
