I hope it all works out for you! Last Tuesday I knelt down and when I stood up I couldn't straighten out my knee and still cant. I hope I dont have a similar problem to what you had.

Yikes! That is what got this ball rolling 8 years ago. I knelt down to tighten a bolt and when I stood up I couldn't straighten my leg. I called the Dr to see if I could get in to pop my knee back into place and he told me it wasn't that easy. It was a bucket tear of the meniscus and the only fix is to remove a lot of the meniscus which starts the clock on osteoarthritis. It took 7 years after they removed it before I had issues.
