Hoping to do a little more trapping in the next month before we start guarding around the garden/chicken coop.

Muddiest raccoon I’ve ever found and a 1.5 doing work on some nuisance animals destroying some man made dams.

Idaho Trapper Association fur sale this weekend. Top Bobcat sold for $3,016.23! I’ve never heard of a cat price near that level.

Premium male cats have been around $800 the last few years. I haven’t seen the same results yet this year to see the average sale price.

I don’t know the buyer.

That’s him in the picture you posted. He usually doesn’t over pay. He’s definitely fair but seldom pays the highest unless it’s truly worth it.

The boy averaged $23.5 on skunks green this weekend. Best was a tail at $45, sold a couple skinned at $40,$20 etc. Had 2 with too much black that brought $5 that took the average down. His red fox brought $22 and the buyer was really fair on green beaver $10-$20 on them

Ummmm I’d say maybe 15 right now? Possibly more. I’ve lent quite a few out to friends for their farms.

I do have a lot of 1.5s out doing work too!

yea, I feel you dog. Mine are gone on loan. Not that i"d have them out myself, but I have a hard time recovering them after awhile. They kind of feel entitled to ownership.
