Yeah, what is a fleshing tool?
There was a guy that worked for NAFA, then FHA after nafa went under. He went around to the various state trapping conventions and did fur handling demos. His name was Greg Schroeder.
He would casually knock out a coon/yote/beaver/whichever pelt in a few minutes whilst visiting with the gathered watchers. Just effortless.
And its true, a good knife, and a proper beam makes it as easy as it can be.
Theres a touch, and a feel, and a learning curve sure, but that comes with everything in life.
