I can't tell y'all how much I hate fleshing raccoons.

This dog dug up multiple sets, stole a whole coon carcass and pooped on one of my traps that he dug up. I persisted and he eventually made a mistake. He just couldn’t stay away. Pigs get fat…hogs get slaughtered!!

i’m going to attempt fleshing for the first time pretty soon. Hoping i don’t screw it up too bad.

I might try using a power washer on a low quality skin to see if it works. I’ve seen several people use that method. Otherwise ill do it the old fashioned way.

I've never tried using a pressure washer I'll have to try it.

Report back on the pressure washer trick please. I’ve seen a ton of videos but in those they seem to be using the highest pressure which makes me think (like you said) would have to be really really careful.

Was out running my few cat sets I have out and decided to make a calling stand. Called this male in. His front leg was shorter than the other and paw was turned a 180 to what it should have been. Claws were super long so it wasn’t doing him any good. But he was sure plump and came in looking for a fight.

We finally caught our 1st cat of the year. Looks like a female by body characteristics. Probably set her loose.
