Trail Cameras on NF

Does anyone know of any National Forest that has set individual rules regarding trail cameras (non commercial)?

15 yrs ago Sierra NF would take them if found.
They were in the Wilderness along with atv's at times then even.

I found one in Comanche Peaks Wilderness in a place I thought no one ever went. It added to the ruination of my trip (there were other things, too) and my slow but steady loss of interest in hunting.
