A tourist in the Everglades is admiring a necklace worn
by a local Seminole Indian.
"What is it made of?" she asks.
"Alligator teeth," the Indian replies.
"I suppose that they mean as much to you as pearls do to
us," the woman says in a patronizing tone.
"Oh no," the man says. "Anybody can open an oyster."
