I think it's in house.
The whole tikka ACE lineup kind of falls in no-mans land for me. The "Game" lineup is too heavy to run ideally in NRL hunter factory class, too heavy for a hunting rifle, and light for a PRS rifle but might fit in the new 6.5 "sportsman" division i guess. The target model is still a bit light for a PRS rifle and has limited chambering options, none that i'd want for a PRS rifle.
The whole chassis design seems solid though and I could see these being nice for hobbyist shooters that aren't competing but want a stable/accurate rifle to shoot targets with.

For 7 mag, i'm not sure if they offer anything other than the plastic mags to fit and I wouldn't want a heavy, long range focused 7 mag with a plastic mag limiting me to 3.4" COAL. Maybe for PRC but not for RM.

I recently got the Tikka Game in 300 Win Mag, smoked bronze. Buds Gun Shop online had a "make an offer" deal on it, so I offered $1,700 and they accepted.
It is the most expensive rifle I have ever bought, my first tactical chassis rifle, and my first 300 Win Mag.
I put on a 6x24 Vortex OpMod scope on it.
It has been interesting.
It is also the heaviest weighing hunting rifle I have ever bought, the base weight is 9.3lbs, which is substantially more than the 6ish pound base weight of some of my other rifles.
I hate muzzle brakes on non-magnum rifles, but I was glad this gun came threaded, because after a few 300 Win Mag shots without a brake....my shoulder began to hurt, so I put on a Ruger Hybrid Break, which makes the gun dramatically better to shoot, just be sure to use good hearing protection.
As I expected from a new Tikka, it has a very nice smooth action, and is capable of greater accuracy than I am.
First range trip after getting the brake on I was able to hit an IPSC target at about 1,000 yards with it using cheap Sellier and Belliot 180 grain ammo.
Second range trip I added a slip on rubbery Limbsaver recoil pad to it, slipping it over the thinner rubbery recoil pad the Tikka Ace comes with, and now it is even better for shooting at the range.
But its heavy and bulky, so in the future when I go on a hunt where I anticipate doing a lot of hiking I'll probably take one of my lighter more compact rifles.
But for a hunt where I don't have to carry the rifle very long distances, it could definitely be an excellent choice.
In hindsight, I probably should have gotten the 308 Target model instead I was also considering as I already have lighter weight hunting rifles, and I bet the Tikka Ace Target in a non magnum caliber would be pretty sweet to have a lot of fun with at the range.
If anyone has or gets a Tikka Ace Target in .308 or below and wants to trade for my Game in 300 win mag let me know, lol

Just because someone fosters a house full of special needs kids, it doesn't make them a tard themselves.
