Looking for a gunsmith in Kalispell/Polson/Missoula area to
thread a 20 gauge Citori for choke tubes (either invector or invector plus tube)

Any recommendations? Thanks.

Would you be open to shipping? I have a gunsmith I highly highly recommend but you would need to ship. I had my Citori back in a week and his prices were much better than any local quotes I received.

Call Dan Coffin in Victor. 406 642 3058. Not sure how much shotgun work he does, but he is good. mtmuley

If you are open to shipping, Mike Orlen in NH is a barrelsmith who is top notch. If it is a traditional barrel, I don't believe there is enough meat in the barrel to do Browning or Beretta choke patterns. You will need to do something like a Tru-choke. Mike did an old Beretta for me and did a fantastic job.

As we're adding non-MT options, SumToy has done well for me. I send only barrels.

I wouldn't wait. Now through April is a busy season for choke installers if they're known for turkey choke work.

Has Mike moved from Amherst, MA?
