Just realized that black sky is a cover of an ozark mountain daredevils song...the more I listened to it I realized I heard it before and looked it up.

Alright, now that the song has been out there a little bit, a question for a hunting literate audience. I've seen some discussion by some people claiming that the narrator in the story let the bull walk. I personally can't hear it as anything other than getting winded with no shot and the bull busting.

What's everyone's read on it?
