That happens after a few days go by. Plenty moist to start out with. Nobody likes a dry, crumbly cookie!Throw a couple pieces of bread in with your cookies to keep them fresh longer. Pumped for this one to start.

I'll stand by my statement.
Planning on a triple batch. SHOULD last a while with the 2 of us for a couple days before Tony shows up. Tim may be out of luck, though! If there’s any left after a couple of days, they weren’t worth eating to begin with!

Whats size zip locks . I wouldn’t go any smaller than 1.5 gallon@Addicting stopped by yesterday and dropped off a pack for me to use plus a spotting scope and tripod. Chatted for a while then he motored on towards his upcoming hunt. The water bladder I ordered came today so now I'm set with that. Not a whole lot left to do. A couple food items to prepare for camp, last minute daily food/snack items for the pack, freeze some jugs for the trip out to keep the food cold, and get my clothes squared away and packed. Should have plenty of cooler space. I have a 120 qt, two 48s and a 60 ready to go. Cheap ones, but iced down and probably some dry ice for the trip home I should be good for a couple days anyway. Bought a bunch of Ziploc bags if I partially process in camp if I get one. Depends on the time situation but a trip to a processor might work and save me a lot of labor when I get home. The guy renting the farm should get the beans out before too long and then I can get a little more shooting done before I pack things up. Overall, pretty much about as ready as I can be. Still riding the bike when I can and dragging my sled for a bit each day. No, I'm not overdoing it this time!No matter what I do, it's still going to suck for an old flatlander up at elevation climbing those ridges. I'll do what I can. Speaking of which, time to go out and do something!
