I have lost another 5 and that’s it, better than gaining 5 back.

Congrats on the sheep tag. Give her hell and keep pounding away at it. Your body will appreciate all the hard work next year!I’m going to jump in here. I’m turning 69 in a few weeks. On June 15th I weighed 215.8, my goal was to get down to 200 through modifying my eating habits and exercising for my October 3rd Mid Season Wasatch elk hunt. Last Monday the Sheep Gods smiled upon me and I drew an AZ Desert Big Horn Tag. I decided to focus only on that hunt and am turning the Utah elk tag back in. My new goal is 195 by December 1. 208.5 this morning. It might be hard to get into sheep shape for someone my age, but I sure will try!!
My wife used to say my "cute butt" had gone away. I told her it had just moved to the other side.186 and steady. Way better than the 150 and dying I was 3 years ago. My normal lifetime weight was 185.
Building some muscle too.
I did turn 71 and my butt vanished and a little pot belly appeared.
Thumbs up from Oncologist Tues. and my numbers are getting better each test. PSA is still down to .02...almost gone,as gone as it gets.
I eat good and it shows. I rarely eat out anymore.
I took up suspenders and my pants stay up. What a concept. My wife used to say my "cute butt" had gone away. I told her it had just moved to the other side.
