The Great HT 2026 weigh in.

Well, after experiencing the anxiety and stress that comes with a wife in midlife crisis who is destroying our finances as best she can, I've found that I'm actually underweight by about 10-15#, I now weigh what I did as a high school senior...what a bitch of a diet to be on :ROFLMAO:. Geez, I need to start lifting again...

The two most effective diets in the world are cocaine and divorce, ask me how I know ? 😂

I see a lot of you say you are counting calories. Am I dumb for not counting calories?
Yes.
Everyone is different and knowing your body and what works for you is key, not what some knuckleheads on hunt talk says! 🤪

If I eat 2500 calories worth of Mike and Ike’s and cookies that is going to affect me more adverse then if I eat 4000 calories worth of lean protein, veggies, and fruit cooked in good oils with salt and pepper.
You are gonna gain weight on the latter, unless you have a crazy metabolism.

I don't understand why it has to be so binary for people. Eat decent most of the time and count your macros. Have a piece of pizza, or a cookie or whatever occasionally, daily if it fits your macros and calories.

I quiet watching my diet until late September due to strenuous hunts. My weight was tracking well until the holiday season. I finally manned up this week to see the damage. 10 pounds. I was expecting way worse. I’ll have the weight dropped in 4-6 weeks of watching my diet.
