HAPPY THANKSGIVING 5:30 am, 15 degrees, snow on the ground, clear skies, no wind, so many clothes on I can hardly walk (remember "Christmas Story" when the kid falls over and can not get back up... that was almost me), dressed in full camo, sitting under a tree in the dark, watching as the sun comes up, waiting for turkeys to start talking, calling turkeys, hearing turkeys talk back to me, seeing turkeys 200 yards away sitting in the trees, seeing turkeys fly down, Marty moving with stealth.... like a leopard across the Serengeti plains of Africa (not bad for a 54 year old guy), getting to within 15 yards of the turkeys, sitting in the snow for 15 minutes until they move to give me a shot and last (but not least) giving ThAnKs to GOD for this day and the life I have

Do I look cold:) & hey, he is small, however, in the fall I am a "meat hunter" and any turkey gets shot.

good luck to all
