How many of you use text messaging on your cell phones?

I have 4 days left in my monthly billing cycle, and I have

In-Network sent: 270
In-Network recieved: 333
Out of Net sent: 667
Out of Net rec'vd: 708

total of 1978 with about 90% of the month done.

I send 10-15 text messages a month.

holy crap that's a lot. I had 450 last month total and thought that was WAY too much. You need to ween yourself from your cell phone. That's about 70 messages a day.. You're a freak.

It takes me like 5 minutes to compose a message. Maybe that's because I have a crappy POS phone but I don't text much anyway. I text about 30-50 times a month.

My nieces, on the other hand, each text about 4000 times a month....

Since my reply I've sent 3, recieved 6. One was porn, 2 picture messages from my best friend of the dinner he's eating in jackson hole, 2 great ones from a woman..

text and pictures are great. I mean how else could you possibly share a silly string shit with your best friend? Take a picture of it in the toilet and press send..

Video is very cool as well. You can send some hilarious stuff to the grandparents and others...

me too, I tired to text msg my daughter when she was in germany but after 20-30 mins trying to type out on a phone " HI HOW R U" I called a freind and had him do it. finally said screw it and picked up the phone and called her.

I have a 17 year old daughter, texting helps me keep track of her. We have a deal, she answers me immediately when I text or call.....or else she has no phone. Works pretty well, and I am lucky to have a pretty good kid.....so far.
