Texas Panhandle Crappie

I’m headed down to Wichita Falls, TX with my brother and two boys in three weeks. Our main target is crappie and catfish but I really just want to get the new boat out. From there we’ll fish north into Oklahoma and then hit Cedar Bluff in Kansas on the way home. I’ve never been down in that country and was wondering if anybody can recommend restaurants, sites, or fishing holes!

You should try "Rafter Js"! Its a great bbq spot! I'd tell you to go to the NCO club on base if you have access. Cheap beer and terrible karaoke. Good luck.

Just spent the last few months in Wichita Falls. Guys were doing well on Arrowhead for cats, stripers were still hitting on Texoma. I had zero luck on Buffalo.

Food: best Mexican I found was Guiterrez! Branding Iron for BBQ and Willie's Place for a good burger.
