Texas Axis meat hunt - Suggestions needed

My Dad and I both have Alpha Gal, or the Red Meat Allergy from tick bites. I am in year 4 with it and while I still can't eat beef or pork (without a trip to the hospital) I do have good luck with wild meat if I keep it within reason. I'd like to find a place that I can kill several Axis does or cull bucks for meat. Anyone on here have experience with a ranch/outfitter that offers this type of hunt? Also, if you've read this far, if you have ticks in your area permetrin your clothes, you'll thank me later
