Super Bowl snacks.....

I made honey-garlic meatballs with two pounds of elk burger and honey from our hives, it went over well at the gathering we went to. The chef was full by the time we got there though...glad I started with two pounds.
 
I ended up stewing a bear roast with a pepper sauce (Guajillo chiles, 1 small can of El Pato, onion, chicken stock) for 9 hours. Then shredding / chopping for Tacos.

Now I get left-overs all week...
