1. Sharp-tail grouse breast (halves). Seasoned with garlic salt and marinaded with Worcestershire and a single can of Busch Light Apple (finally found a use for this garbage beer).
2. Thicc Bacon!
3. Stove Top Stuffer
4. Chicken Gravy
Start the bacon don't finish.
Saute the halves.
Place halves on two slice of bacon.
Place stuffing on halves.
Wrap bacon around halve and stuffing, pin with toothpicks.
Bake at 350 until bacon is visibly done to your taste.
While in the oven, finish chicken gravy.
Once plates are served, drizzle breasts with the gravy.
Super simple and really good. This was my first go with Sharp-tail, really happy with it and I will be targeting these birds a lot more moving forward.
