Ned was playing in Roundup MT last nite , $40 bracelet for two concerts 20 bucks to see Ned and then 20 bucks to see Rodney Atkins tonight ! Yee Yee live music weekend

I'm not sure what you call it. Just a little thing I throw in my range bag. It works good for iron sighted guns. I like a little more under it for shooting scoped rifles.
