On my way to the deer stand tonight I ran into these love birds. I stood there taking pics for about 10 minutes. Packed camera up took two steps and 60ish yards the opposite direction a nice big whitetail buck took off. He was there the whole time and never knew it.

We were elk hunting ID this year and the best pronghorn buck we saw was at 11k, way above tree line.

I see them in the mountains pretty frequently, just not in knee deep snow. They are tough animals.

The bayou I use for access was still flooded into the woods from the recent storms. Went on an adventure to find dry ground and game.....none were able to join me on the paddle out.
