Sunday Pic of the Day

Brisket s-l-o-w-l-y coming up to temp on the new Masterbuilt Gravity grill/smoker. Using a mix of oak charcoal and hickory wood chunks. Took a long stall at 155, but now up to 175 and climbing. Won’t be long!4A111C77-AB9E-4388-BDA8-107D0108F912.jpeg
