Brisket s-l-o-w-l-y coming up to temp on the new Masterbuilt Gravity grill/smoker. Using a mix of oak charcoal and hickory wood chunks. Took a long stall at 155, but now up to 175 and climbing. Won’t be long!

I've been picking away at climbing all 43 peaks in the Tobacco Root range that are 10k. Made #41 yesterday.
Good day on the lake today with flyrod. Caught bigger fish but this gets honors for his brilliant markings.
