Didn’t bring the binos , just drove up and turned around had the the parents with me , we hit up the Grizzly Bar in Roscoe for lunch, wanna take the wife back to camp in the next 5-6 weeks

Good ol Trixies' I lived in one of the cabins there in 1979 when I was falling timber for one of the local loggers.
Great times in a awesome area back then.
Never even worried about Grizzlies south of the highway in those days!

Some work,

First thing early morning, I got pigs free ranging in the yard. Busted out a fence corner. Got control about a half mile away.

There was ten different species of waterfowl, it was pretty cool to see the variety of birds at the same time.
