Between our two home (Indiana) farms we have about 25 ladder stands and shooting houses which always need to be checked out ahead of season; cut brush, trim limbs, re-strap stands, fix ladders, safety inspect, clear any wasp nests, clean out shooting houses, trim and mark the access trails, etc. It's a pretty big job, takes a couple days if I can get some help.
They picked beans at one farm this week so we were able to gain easy access and finished up the last of them this morning. Glad to have that project out of the way.
Now hopefully it will cool down so I can get out hunting pretty regularly. Not a fan of swatting skeeters in 75 degree temps like we've had lately.
