Yeah that got me too. Oops again for this silly state that always gets me. Twice in a row the last two years the deer draw got me. Not this year!

With 14 points, what area you holding out for? 35L? Everywhere else you should have most likely drawn by now? We have missed app deadlines for deer and had falls fully booked by this time in years past so we are sitting on 12 points that we would prefer to not have by this point

Applied for 35L this year. Most years have only purchased points due to other fall plans. SD antelope is similar, by the time the draw deadline comes around usually October is pretty busy.

Drew my refuge tag

I'm starting to feel like I'll never hunt SD. Had every intention of hunting BH whitetail this year. Then I drew a OK elk tag and my wife drew a deer tag with conflicting dates. With all that and the time I just took off for AK bear no way I was gonna be able to get the 7-9 day's I'd want to do the tag justice. Still applied for any deer on BH, WR any deer in a unit where I have a descent shot with my 9 points, and antelope so still a chance.



Gonna use my turkey points this winter to draw turkey. Kill a turkey and do some deer scouting is the plan

I have not seen a status change in my WR application.

I only applied for west river and black hills and my status hasn't changed for them. That's why the refuge tag through me off haha

I've only seen results for refuge so far. I'd imagine that has the least applications so they run it first. No clue how they determine which order they draw in.
I'd assume they finish by end of day tomorrow. They usually turn them around pretty fast.
