Sons first turkey

Had the pleasure of calling my 6 year old sons first turkey in this morning. We were hunting public land here in NC. I'm not sure which one of us was more excited. All of his shooting practice and our scouting paid off. Bird was on the ground within an hour of opening morning. Nothing better than sharing the outdoors with my kids. 11" beard and 1 1/4" spurs! I'm one proud father!
