Yes, the photos were taken less than a mile apart. I'm leaning towards it being the same buck, although he appears to have a split in his right ear in '09 that is not visible this year. I also picked up a slick typical set of sheds within 50 yards of where the '09 photo was taken that I suspect may be from him. Hard to say...
