Thanks to @BAKPAKR for the heads up on this.
After reading the whole article on the big screen, it appears to only apply to the acreage Stimson sold to the tribe within the CDA Reservation boundaries. This all in GMU 5.
Technically, those who live outside the reservation already need a CDA tribal license to hunt this. The tribe does not open all their land to hunting, it is on you to contact the tribe if you plan to hunt these lands.
