Doesnt help much when its on a draw and it takes 6-8 years for a tag though. Grab a rifle and go in other zones every year....

That's great. Way to take advantage of awesome opportunities. I've been fortune mate to go on one sheep hunt and kill one ram. Nothing like walking up to YOUR ram and putting your hands on those bases.
