I had relayed this information to a gentleman that asked and will add it here.

Yes you can still hunt the Bighorns and Thin horns in Canada. B.C. and Alberta for the Bighorns and Yukon for the Dall and Stone ( Dall also in North West )

Bighorn hunt could easily set one back 40000--plus. Dall approx 25000 to 30000 and Stone 30000 plus. In one area only and time wise, a window of only a week, you can hunt the Goat for 15000 and they will add a Dall for 15000

Are these in the Badlands? My wife and I would walk through the badlands and see all sorts of critters, including sheep.
