Seems I remember this being asked before but can't locate the thread but is it legal to carry a handgun in Wyoming during archery hunting ?How about if you have CPL ?

I have been going to call and ask the Wyoming G&F but have not done so yet.

In Illinois it is not legal to carry a sidearm while bowhunting even if you have conceal carry permit. Details can be found on the DNR website.

I asked that question to the Wyo Elk Biologist when inquiring about bowhumting elk. Absolutely ok was the answer I got.

I asked when I applied as a NR, and was told by the warden that it would be OK.
