Just watched Randy's Bison cook out with the Henry mountain oysters, who saves them and what animals? Side note... I laughed for 3m and 27s.

I saved them from my lope this year... poached in butter like Renella does. I really didn't like them. My wife and kids both thought they were flavorless. I won't save any again.

Never saved them...probably won't. My experience with mountain oysters is they are mostly a carrier for fried breading and cocktail sauce.
