shot placement

I dont have a go to shot, but here in the east hunting small parcels of land, I will take both shoulders out if I'm near a boundary fence. Its worth sacrificing shoulder meat to save problems with land owners or other hunters claiming a half dead animal. Yes the meat is wasted but a deer doesn't move with two broken legs. If its a doe I may go behing the shoulder because to me its a meat only kill. Also I personally think the high shoulder shot is very effective but is too close to the infamous no kill zone between their spine and lungs. I usually wont take that shot unless the situation demands it.
